Gregg Goulet focuses on specific areas in the financial service industry to better  serve his clients, just as doctors specialize in their respective areas of medicine. Gregg Goulet specializes in the following areas of the financial services industry:

Gregg Goulet´s mission is to provide clients the opportunity to work with him in three different capacities: With him, through him, and with his help. By doing business this way, Gregg´s clients are getting the best of the best.

Gregg Goulet´s mission is to have a very broad understanding of all aspects that are needed in the financial services industry, which is why he took the time and effort to earn the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification (CFP®) in 1996. Gregg is also a registered representative with Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC.

Gregg Goulet´s Mission for all of his clients is to do the following:

  • To be their trusted advisor
  • To educate clients to make informed decisions by obtaining all the facts (Too many people form opinions without obtaining all the facts.)
  • To come up with a number of different solutions and then let the client decide which, if any, to implement
  • To inform clients of all costs
  • To inform clients of the pros/cons of each solution

Background

Gregg Goulet became involved in the financial service business in 1985, mainly dealing with corporate retirement plans, foundations/endownments, and managing personal monies for high net worth individuals.

As the years went by, Gregg  began to wonder what "value" investment advisory firms provide their clients besides money management? Gregg then decided that there was more to retirement funding, personal needs analysis, and investment services than just managing money for a fee. It was Gregg's  opinion that the investment advisory business was becoming too commoditized with very little value, if any, being added.

Gregg had the opportunity to join many different well-known brokerage, financial planning, and other registered investment advisory firms. However, Gregg decided to join Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as an independent contractor. Northwestern Mutual not only provides Gregg with the many different arrows that he needs in his quiver, but it also provides Gregg with the one thing that he wanted most—To be in business for himself.

Education

  • Oregon State University: Bachelor of Science degree in Finance Major/Minor- Science.
